Seed

Project seeding involves injecting one or two of our highly experienced staff into a project to act as a mentors and motivators for the development team. The time period required for effective seeding will vary with the nature of the project and the makeup of the team. We suggest at least three months to allow enough time for new processes and practises to be fully understood and ingrained into the team culture. As an added bonus, the enthusiasm and passion exuded by our staff will feed into your team’s morale and further boost productivity.

Assist

Assist is the next step up from Team Seeding. We guide your project technically and enable you to rapidly increase the size and experience of your team using our high quality personnel.
